A small core, and a network we can call on
We work differently. Behind a lean management team sits a large network of colleagues we have already worked alongside as a team, and we can call on that expertise at any point to assemble and package a project. Nobody is staffed from whoever happens to be on the bench.
It gives us reach into a range of expertise and nationalities spread across the world, and it is why a firm this size can take on work across seventeen countries.

A Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Forensic Accountant with more than thirty years in auditing and compliance. Her career includes the U.S. Government Accountability Office and over two decades at the Asian U.S. Government Accountability Office and two decades at the Asian Development Bank. She carries financial oversight, cash flow and governance across our engagements.
A power systems specialist with decades of work across Asia. His expertise in grid integration and energy infrastructure underpins our work on charging, solar and network connection — making sure systems are designed to operate reliably and to scale rather than to pass a feasibility study.
A renewable energy and logistics specialist with a background in electrical and energy engineering, working across solar, wind, hydrogen and storage. She combines system design with supply chain management — which matters more than it sounds, because in our markets the equipment arriving on time is usually the binding constraint.
A digital transformation and project management specialist experienced in complex technology deployments. He builds the monitoring systems and digital tools that make fleet operations and battery logistics manageable at scale rather than by spreadsheet.
The advisor network
Twenty-one senior specialists, engaged per project. Between them they cover power systems, renewables, energy efficiency, economic regulation, environmental and social safeguards, procurement, waste, sustainable buildings and climate adaptation — across Southeast Asia, South Asia and Central Asia. Several are former development bank staff; several are recognised names in their national markets.
Partners
Beyond our own team and advisor network, we work with technology suppliers, carbon developers and engineering specialists across Japan, North America and Europe. Project teams are assembled from that group according to what the work needs.
