People

A small core, and a network we can call on

We work differently. Behind a lean management team sits a large network of colleagues we have already worked alongside as a team, and we can call on that expertise at any point to assemble and package a project. Nobody is staffed from whoever happens to be on the bench.

It gives us reach into a range of expertise and nationalities spread across the world, and it is why a firm this size can take on work across seventeen countries.

Partners

Beyond our own team and advisor network, we work with technology suppliers, carbon developers and engineering specialists across Japan, North America and Europe. Project teams are assembled from that group according to what the work needs.

Asian Gateway Corporation

Tokyo, Japan · Cooperation agreement since 2025

Joint Crediting Mechanism project development. Asian Gateway originates and structures JCM submissions to Japan's Ministry of the Environment and sources Japanese technology suppliers; we contribute project development, engineering coordination and delivery in market. The partnership underpins our carbon finance work in Bangladesh and the Philippines.

MRG

Cooperation agreement

A long-standing working relationship rather than a recent introduction, which is what makes it useful: joint pursuit of projects where our development and approvals work sits alongside their capability in market.

4C Energy

Cooperation agreement

Collaboration on energy project development and delivery, bringing additional technical and commercial capacity to engagements that need it.

Further partnership agreements are in progress and will be listed here as they are concluded.
